Warranty in New Zealand
All STAR MICRONICS printers purchased within New Zealand are covered by a twelve (12) month warranty including all parts and labour.
Warranty on Star Micronics printers purchased outside of New Zealand is not valid within New Zealand.
International warranties stated on downloadable brochures that exceed the warranty offered within New Zealand shall not apply.

The twelve (12) month warranty does not cover printers that have been misused, altered or serviced by non-authorised persons. Plastic parts such as covers, printer guides or ribbons are not covered under warranty.
The period of warranty is for twelve (12) months and will begin when the customer is invoiced.
